Here are some common questions about our new digital gift cards.
Note: Gift cards can be redeemed only at RatPrints.com. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit, but are redeemable for merchandise or services at RatPrints. Please treat gift cards like cash; if a card is lost or stolen it can not be replaced.
Currently due to platform limitations, any gift card you purchase will be sent to your email address.
From there, you can either print the attached gift card certificate, or customize the email and forward it to the final recipient.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is unfortunately the default behavior of our e-commerce platform and I hope to change this in the future.
To utilize your RatPrints gift card, simply enter the gift card code into the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box during check out. It will automatically be applied as a discount to your order.
The easiest way to check the remaining balance on your gift card is to head to this page and enter the associated gift card code.
Unfortunately without the code, I am unable to verify ownership of a gift card, and I cannot replace it. You should always treat your RatPrints gift card like cash and it is highly recommended to store a copy of your gift card in a secure place.
