First off, we're back! and We're having a sale!
You all waited so patiently for our return, so I have no choice but to run a sale, especially because we are well past the "beginning" of May. I'll tell you below why it took so long to get back up and running, but first, here's that sale info!

The Move Went... kinda Poorly
The best laid plans are no match for some rainfall. Just ask Napoleon... or me. You can also ask me.
We unexpectedly ran into biblical levels of rainfall, which lasted from the moment we started trying to load the moving truck, almost to the moment we arrived at our new home, causing us to get on the road a day late and cutting our driving distance down significantly on the first day of our journey.
It made the whole thing a cold, wet miserable slog, and also taught me the very valuable lesson that U Hauls are water resistant, but not water proof.
All people and pets made it to the new location safely, but unfortunately several of my printers were damaged one was too damaged to save. RIP Bobbie, you served RatPrints well.
Between the late arrival, the multiple printer repairs, and needing to unpack everything and assemble a completely new workspace, things took just a tad bit longer than I'd hoped.
Not all is lost though, as the broken printer has been replaced with a larger printer, which should open the door to bigger and better prints for more animals (or big mischiefs).
What's Next?
First things first, I wanted to get the site online. I have had several folks asking when I'd be taking orders again, so I wanted to get back online as quickly as possible (plus moving is expensive and I have completely drained my RatPrints funds in the process).
Up next though, I have some plans!
- Updated product images (some that include dimensions, some that convey scale better, more with the products being used, etc.). This has been started, and is definitely going to be an iterative process over time.
- New product designs. I have a backlog of product design ideas that I'm trying to refine release this year. Also, with the new, larger printer, expect some enlarged versions of existing popular products like the Halfellite.
- More collaboration with third party small creators. I am hoping to start carrying high quality hammocks as well as more stickers and other fun decorative items.
- More color options. More themed items.
- A better social media presence. More behind-the-scenes videos, more informational videos and product demonstrations, and most importantly, more cute rat posts!
